Are you interested in what other team members do and look for ways to improve how to work together? Our path is not given. Every day, we learn something new about our product, business, and mainly about our customers. The only thing that stays the same is our desire to do things differently and better.

We are transparent, and we talk honestly yet with empathy. We want to feel good, even when we temporarily have a lot of work. If something doesn't go right, we prefer talking about it rather than keeping it a secret. We don't dwell on the past that we can't change. We believe that people are more productive and creative if they are rested and in a safe environment.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE

We are trying to be independent and make decisions at our best discretion. If a decision turns out to be wrong, we take it as a lesson, not a disaster. The important thing is to ask for advice, be it in the team or an experienced person from the outside. At the same time, we know that most problems can be avoided by timely and right communication.

We deserve to be ourselves. And the same goes for our environment and the planet. We believe in treating the environment, and the people who produce our underwear, with dignity and kindness. We visit our suppliers regularly, and go through the production process together. We discuss. We learn. We listen.

Expertise

is something we bring to our products every day. We look for the best hi-tech materials, in cooperation with experts across industries. We work with leading engineers who research materials for extreme conditions, such as low temperatures in high altitudes or sun-parched war areas. In all those places, leak-proof yet breathable membranes, knitted fabrics that quickly transport moisture, or ultra-absorbent materials help mountain climbers, firefighters, and soldiers. At Snuggs, we bring those innovations to every day life.When it comes to periods, the general idea is similar, even if the conditions can sometimes be more extreme. We bring together physical and mental health with engineering and fashion trends. The word “Done” is not part of our vocabulary. Thanks to the feedback from our customers, we improve our products every day. We listen.
